Travel in general can evoke anxiety. Arriving
at a certain place on time either for business or for pleasure
can be stressful.
Travel through the Channel Tunnel in the dark with the chance
of flood, fire and terrorism may therefore only heighten this
anxiety.
Passengers will require information reassurance and something
to divert the mind from the uncertainty.
An interactive system would allow a passenger’s participation
in learning information about the Channel Tunnel. This may teach
them, engage their interest, give them a greater awareness about
the Channel Tunnel and establish the positive attributes of
its presence.
